Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 3-13 business days. You may track your order at USPS.com, however your order will not be updated until USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive.

All shipment pricing is based upon weight.

ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES. 

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS so any issues encountered must be handled with them.  If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package you must contact them.

If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping once again if you want us to re-send your package. We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order.
